CFIDE127E.DRVR Apple /// CF/IDE v1.27e driver for CFFA IFC version 2.0 or later
This driver version does not check for data ready during reading
or writing a sector (512 bytes) from the drive. This results in
an improvement of approximately 1.5ms reading and 3.5ms writing
a sector compared to the CFIDE128A.DRVR version.
CFIDE128A.DRVR Apple /// CF/IDE v1.28a driver works with all CFFA IFC versions.
CFFA IFC versions prior to 2.0 require a data ready check during
reading or writing a sector from the drive. This version has
improvements in sector read/write times of 1.5ms/3.3ms compared
                with previous CFIDE.DRIVER versions.

Use the Apple /// system utilities program to install and
configure the CFIDE driver in the SOS.DRIVER file on the boot
disk. Each drive.CFIDE1 thru .CFIDE8 corresponds to a partition
on the drive(s). Set configuration byte 0 to either 0 (for
master) or 1 (for slave) for each drive in combination with the
partition page number (0-63). See the DIB Configuration Table
in the file CFideIII.txt. Set configuration byte 1 to assign a
partition number (0-7). Set the .CFIDE1 drive to the slot the
CFFA card is installed. Recommend setting the active/inactive
status of any unused drives (.CFIDE1 thru .CFIDE8) to inactive.

CFUTIL.INTERP Apple /// CF/IDE Utilities Program. This Utility program is
intended to setup, test, and manage your CompactFlash or IDE
drives attached to the CFFA interface card. Rename this file
to SOS.INTERP if installed on a boot disk or set your selector
program to launch this file. The CFIDE driver must be included
in the SOS.DRIVER file on the boot disk in order for this
                program to work.
